To maintain strict standards of corporate conduct, our directors and employees must respect and treat each other and our partners, customers, clients, suppliers, consultants, advisers, competitors and authorities with honesty, diligence and fairness and to comply with all obligations or contractual undertakings and the laws of Vietnam. Whilst we shall always act in the best interests of the Tung Shing Group, in doing so, we shall proceed with integrity and good faith, not misrepresenting our products or services, nor engaging in activities which may bring ill will to the group, nor allowing gratuities which may be construed as influential in our decision processes. We do not tolerate conflicts of interest nor allow personal business which interferes with the performance of our duties. Tung Shing Group time and resources may only be used for Tung Shing Group business. We hold confidential, all non-public Tung Shing Group information and do not use confidential information for personal gain or in breach of the law, nor use improper influence to achieve improper advantage. We work earnestly and efficiently, providing adequate resources for our team to deliver the highest standards of professionalism and workmanship from our developments and services. We actively maintain and enforce a quality control system. We provide training and career enhancement opportunities for our team and a non discriminatory and safe working environment. Our team is competitively remunerated and we strictly adhere to the labour laws of Vietnam. We constantly seek ways to improve our systems and service output and welcome new horizons and business opportunities with potential. For any breach in our code, the party(s) responsible will be, as a minimum action, disciplined with potential for dismissal or court appearance in case of serious breach. We welcome open reporting of breaches or potential breaches and reward those who bring such significant matters to our attention. For our team, when a matter is ambiguous, they are guided by the principles of ethical questioning and must judge the same by examining the following:- How would I feel, if I was the effected party by my action? Am I being fair and honest? Are my actions legal? Would my actions bring discredit to Tung Shing Group if made public? If the answer is negative, then our policy is not to take the action.
